About

Producer Seth Dahl is a 2024 Northwest Regional Emmy Award-winning filmmaker born and raised in Montana. His love of Montana and the people who call it home inspired him to start Big Cedar Media in 2013 where he’s been telling stories ever since. Seth asks, he listens, he shares.

Seth served seven years in the Montana Army National Guard and deployed to Iraq in 2004. After returning home, he studied photography at Montana State University and earned his journalism degree from the University of Montana in 2011.

When he's not behind the camera, Seth is spending time with his wife Caylin and their three daughters, fly fishing, hunting, floating rivers, and attending church at Calvary Chapel.
